Coaching sessions are one hour, by video or phone call.

You can opt for just one session or a series.

You set the objective and we explore together.

We examine motives and motivation; we identify and discuss options; we manage plans and obstacles.

You decide what you want; you decide what you’ll do; when you’ll do it; and how you’ll hold yourself accountable.
